I Am Alive

I'm so sorry that my posts have been so few and far between this summer.  I seem to be having trouble putting thoughts into print.  Here are a few of the thoughts I have been having:

• During the Olympics I am always tempted to get a real TV and have cable hooked up.  It will be worse during the Winter Olympics!
• I have spent an untold amount of time watching Veggie Tales, Little People, and Blue's Clues videos with my granddaughters.  (Maybe that's why I'm having trouble writing?)
• I have so many partially finished projects in my sewing room that I'm almost ashamed to walk in there.
• While I totally love the wood floors in my house, I'm worn out from trying to keep them looking clean.  I really need to get them refinished.
• I love putting Eva's hair in multiple ponytails.  I can't wait until it is long enough to start braiding!  I would love to have Gracie sit still long enough to try some fancy braiding on her long locks!
• I cannot! believe how tall David Riley is getting.  My little buddy is turning into a young man right in front of my eyes! About another 2"  and he will be looking me eyeball to eyeball!
• I'm getting really homesick to see my family in West Virginia.
• In less than 2 weeks DR and Abby will start Middle School.  How is that even possible??
• Where has all of my energy gone?
