My son-in-law's (Robbie) 8 month old nephew, Ares, has been diagnosed with neuroplastoma. The tumor is approximately 9 cm by 11cm, and is wrapped around his spleen and kidneys. It is, also, pushing his left lung into a very small space. The doctors have decided that it would be too risky to try to remove the tumor surgically, so they are going to start aggressive chemotherapy tomorrow. The oncologist told his parents that it will be approximately 3 weeks before they will allow Ares to return home even for a visit. They have placed a feeding tube in him, so that they will be able to get enough nutrition in him for his body to respond well to the treatments.
Please pray for:
1. Healing and strength for this little one's body.
2. Peace and strength for his mom, Becca, and dad, Shawn. (And all of the family)
3. God's Will be accomplished thru this, for His glory!
4. The doctors, nurses, and techs that will be caring for Ares to have wisdom and knowledge beyond their own natural abilities.
