Great Service!!

I LOVE great service!!!!

I was in Best Buy this evening to look at something I was considering buying for a gift. After the manager at the front of the store greeted me, and gave me directions to the area I wanted, I met the ULTIMATE Great Service Person!!!

This young man (early 20's) walked up and asked if I was finding what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted, and that since they had several models with the same price, I reaaallllyyyy needed someone to explain the differences.

He did!!!

And then he proceeded to show me the model that he felt was the best buy (no pun intended) of all of the models in that price range. He gave me a brief tutorial on how this specific item worked. Then, after I made up my mind, he walked me up to the check-out. He did not try to talk me into buying anything else. He did not pressure me into anything!!

I made sure that I told the floor manager about all of the great service and how impressed I was at the lack of pressure.
