Sorry it's taken me three days to get a post up, but life has been a little hectic again! Good hectic, but hectic none the less.
First things first: I don't usually do New Year's Resolutions, because I don't believe in lying to myself or anyone else! However, I have decided that this year I am going to start out by reading the Bible thru in 90 days. I have tried doing the one year charts, but I have a tendency to go off on study tangents when something catches my attention, and then I get way off track and never get back on board. So, I have decided that at least for the next 90 days, I am just reading the Bible. I'll make notes of things I want to study as I find them, but I will resist the urge to study during this period. (Except, of course, the studying I must do to effectively teach my Sunday School class.)
Secondly, I do very much appreciate all of your prayers for our family over the last few weeks. The WonderHusband's knee is healing well. The doctor is pleased with his progress and has given him the okay to drive and to start physical therapy. Also, the rest of the family seems to be doing well, at this point. I would appreciate your prayers for my father-in-law. He's been having some major issues with dehydration and overly thin blood, so he is not getting enough oxygen to his organs. It's causing problems with his diabetes and his kidneys. The doctors are perplexed, because they can't find any reason for the blood thinning, and they don't know what to do to thicken it, because plasma doesn't seem to work.
