We sat and waited for a surgery time to be set. We sat and waited for the pre-op stuff to be done. We sat and waited thru surgery. We sat and waited thru post-op recovery. We came home and waited for update calls from the post-op nurse. It was definitely a L-O-N-G day!!
However, I'm also in waiting for my new grandson, Zachary to be born. So, since I had so much time on my hands yesterday, and sooooo much nervous energy to get rid of, here's what I accomplished:

How sweet! you are talented! I knit and crochet, but only stuff that doesn't have to fit, like scarves and throws.
Thank you, Ladies! Now, for the confession part--I was making up the pattern as I went, so now that I am doing the other half, I'm about ready to tear my hair out! I'm having to count each stitch on the first one so that I can mimick it. (I don't know why I didn't just use one of the gazillion patterns I have???!!!!)
