To give you all a quick update: My brother-in-law was released from the hospital on Sunday afternoon, but the doctors are still scratching their heads. They don't have a clue what really happened or how to stop it from happening again!
The bottom of his heart starts misfiring at will. No medicine has helped. Stopping his heart and re-starting it hasn't helped. Creating scar tissue to keep the nerves on each side of his heart from "communicating" hasn't helped. He has stroke symptoms, but no blood clots that can be found causing them. His blood pressure will elevate while he's at rest, but drop when he starts any activity.
All I know to do is to keep praying for him!!! The doctors are puzzled, but God isn't!!!
I appreciate the comments of concern and would ask you to just keep praying for Steve. I lost my older brother 2 years ago to a massive stroke, and I really don't want to repeat that scene with my brother-in-law.
