1. Jessica & Family have been on vacation up around Lake Erie. I'm really going into Eva and David Riley withdrawal!
2. This week was the anniversary of my older brother's death. It's been incredibly difficult to keep the emotions under control, so my mind decided that I, also, didn't really need a lot of sleep.
3. Ninja Mistie had gall bladder surgery (successfully!), so Sir Nottaguy-Imadad and I had Ninja Shanna for two nights. For an almost 11 week old, she sleeps beautifully as long as she is in a bed by herself!
4. The weather has been VERY not-nice to me. The asthma and arthritis have been particularly bad this week. I have truly felt like just spending the entire week on the couch. Unfortunately, I have this thing called a job!
5. I keep looking around at different rooms of the house and trying to figure out where to start decluttering. I'm in one of those moods! I just can't stand the STUFF.
6. Next week starts the Knox County Fair. I made a difficult decision to NOT work it this year, but to stay home and watch grandkids. I may be sitting in air conditioning, but I'm guessing I will have the harder job.

Hi Theresa! Ed and I spent a couple of days at Lake Erie, too, just recently. It was a relaxing time.
I can't imagine losing a sibling, dear friend. I'll be praying for you. ((HUGS))
I'm glad that Misti's surgery went well. Thank you, Jesus! Is any surgery REALLY minor? :-/
Oh, I know what you are talking about with the clutter! It just seems to be getting worse and worse here! Oh my! I'm about ready to just start pitching it out the door! :-0
You don't need to be working the fair in this heat, Theresa. Hopefully, some young people will step up to the plate and start working the fair.
