Today is the beginning of a fun week at work. I'm scheduled off for Saturday and Thursday is Veteran's Day so the bank is closed. This means I only work four days, but I get paid for five. Gotta love the full time benefits!
Since Thursday is a holiday, AND Jessica doesn't work that day, AND David Riley, Abby and Jonathan don't have school because of parent-teacher conferences, we are taking the kids (including Hunter and Eva) and going to visit the Newport Aquarium. I'm hoping 2 adults to 5 kids is a workable ratio. I'm hoping Eva will want to stick pretty close to Abby and that Hunter and Jonathan will be willing to let DR be their tour guide.
DR feels pretty much at home at the Aquarium since he's been there so many times, so we just kind of give him an area to stay in. Eva's the escape artist, so I'm hoping Abby's younger, faster legs will be able to keep her in check.
I'm really looking forward to getting to be out with the kids. I haven't been able to do much with A, J, and H because of our crazy schedules.
I'm hoping sometime in January or February to set a date to take the Lemons to the Aquarium. I can't wait to see Zesty's and Splenda's reaction to walking through the Shark Tube!
Do you have something fun planned for this week?

Well, other than being my birthday today and the hubs taking me out to dinner tonight, we don't have any out-of-the-ordinary plans this week! :-)
Have a wonderful time with your kiddos at the aquarium!!!
Oh, and since the weather is going to be beautiful this week I think we are going to put up the outside Christmas decorations! :-)
ACCKKKKK! Christmas decorations??? At the beginning of November??? EWWWWW!
If we do decorations outside, it has to be after Thanksgiving. And they have to come down by New Year's Day. I can't stand the chaos any longer than that.
Have fun eating out with Ed. Make the servers sing to you!
I love the Newport Aquarium! The Shark Tube is incredible. I think that place is a sure fire winner for kids of all age. If you ever go to Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium is very nice as well.
