I saw the orthopedist today. He took me off work until November 1.
The maneuvering that is going on between BWC, my company, my lawyer and my doctor is getting pretty interesting. The company is accusing the doctor of not abiding by BWC rules on communications. BWC is accusing my lawyer of complicating the process. The doctor is accusing my company and BWC of throwing up smoke screens to avoid covering an injury. My lawyer is just collecting all the info she can from all the involved parties to make a solid case.
It all kind of makes my head spin.
