And the Happily Ever After has begun...

The Lizness married her "Joy In the Morning" on Saturday. So, here are some pictures of the event for you to enjoy. I'm sure Liz will have more to post on her blog once she returns from her honeymoon, but these will give you a glimpse of the joy that was going around.

Liz's dress and K's suit are the outfits that have kept me busy for the last 5 weeks. So, now, my friends, you understand why I have not been blogging or commenting very much!

The wedding was very nice, although, as every wedding does, it had it's quirks!

First, the minister that was doing the ceremony got stuck on the freeway behind a bad accident, and was an hour late for the ceremony. (Wedding time 12:30 p.m., minister arrived at 1:3o p.m.!)

Second, Liz had ordered 10 party trays from a large sub franchise. The gentleman that went to pick them up was given 10 12" subs. After a frantic call to the manager and an hour wait, 10 party trays arrived.

Now, the wonderful couple is on their honeymoon in South Carolina!

Liz's birthday is tomorrow, and she has expressly forbidden me to make my traditional early morning birthday call. So, I invite all of you to visit her blog and post a "Happy Birthday" wish for her to find when she gets back.

I will post again this week!!! Have a great evening!

To those who may be wondering which sub chain it was, um... have you visited New York's SUBWAY... there is a hint.

What a gorgeous, gorgeous wedding! I wore the same colour as Liz to my own wedding. Her dress is absolutely stunning - all those tiny, tiny pleats! :)

She makes a radiant bride and they both make a lovely couple.

Congratulations, Mother-in-Law! :)

What lovely pictures! You did a fabulous job on the dress. I'm amazed at anyone with talent like that.

Congratulations to your family (and Liz & Chris, of course).
