Fair warning, Folks, posting could be a little light over the next week. Here's our schedule for the rest of this week and the beginning of next:

Thurs: Take Mom to hospital for pre-surgery testing at 7 a.m.; Be at work @ 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Just gotta love those banker's hours!)

Fri.: Leave for Dayton for Junior Bible Quizzing State Finals by 8:30 a.m. Quizzing starts at 12 noon and will run until approximately 5 p.m. Then there is a Kid's Revival service at 7:30 p.m.

Sat.: Quizzing starts at 9 a.m., and runs until finished! Drive back home.

Sun.: Church

Mon.: Work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (More of those lovely banker's hours!) Sometime in the afternoon find out what time Mom's surgery is scheduled for.

Tues.: Take Mom for surgery. Take her home and try to help her recover for the next few days.

Mom's surgery is nothing really major (she's having the pins removed from her right hip), but she is 86 and has multiple health problems. I'd greatly appreciate your prayers both for Mom and for me and the WonderHusband. Nursing is not my strong point and I tend to feel overwhelmed quickly when Mom gets whiney, grumpy, and fussy. (I can take this behavior from a sick child, just not an adult!)

I will try to post as I have time/when Mom is sleeping. Y'all pray for me!!!

:) love you anyways - and you are a GREAT nurse for a sick child. I remember whenever I was sick with mono waking up from delirium to hear you praying for me. Try that with Grandma.
