Random Thots...

• My step-sister, Kathy, is still the sweetest, least-selfish person I know!
• My Uncles Kenneth and Danny are hands-down still my favorite uncles.
• It is bittersweet to see your mother and your step-mother standing together at your father's casket.
• My cousin Karen Sue's husband, Arnie, gives the best hug in the world.
• Some ministers should stick to preaching, and not try to do funerals.
• My sister-in-law, Beth, is great at changing the subject of conversation when things get tense.
• I love seeing my daughters and their husbands together!
• I still cry at the drop of a hat.
• 8+ hours in the car in one day is a lot of tired butt syndrome. (Pardon me, rear)
• Why is it considered bad taste to use bright colors for the last outfit for someone??? My dad was a color fiend, he didn't look right in a navy blue suit with a white shirt.
• The florist took me at my word when I told them to be extravagant with the colors of flowers for our arrangement--white, yellow, red, and purple.
• My grandson is a Jelly Belly fiend!!!
• My husband is an absolute ROCK!!! I'm sooooo glad he is!
