you are early! :) I like that in a Mom.

Are you reading my mind? because my last frozen container of potato soup is thawed right now. In 2 seconds it will be heating up. So maybe when you come down we'll have to do a new batch! :)

Wow, Theresa! What a variety of soups! And they all sound delish! Would you believe that Campbell's Bean with Bacon is one of my absolute favorites? I just love it! Great list! ((HUGS))

Huh. That one worked. So here's my original one. *blush*

Oh, it's so unfair! Seeing such a list of GREAT looking soups when I'm trying to eat low fat & plant-based! Oh, the misery!

If I fall off the wagon, I'm coming to your house. For soup. LOL.

um .... did you get my other comment(s) ?

I didn't see a message about comment moderation, but they didn't appear. I don't want to be a pest. So I'm trying one last time before I slink away feeling foolish.

Well, Kim, it seems Blogger was having some difficulties. IMAGINE! The Potato & Leek, Baked Onion, Wild Rice Lentil, and Spicy Peanut soups would all work for your plant-based diet. I'm not sure how they would stand-up to the low-fat portion, however, they are VERY tasty. E-mail me if you want any of the recipes.
