The Lizness wrote about the butter exhibit at the Ohio State Fair. So, I thought I would give you a glimpse of what she was referring to.
Yes, these are actually sculptured out of real butter! The exhibit is behind glass in a temperature controlled display. After the fair, the butter is reshaped and distibuted to soup kitchens.

Who knew you could sculpt giant bovines from butter? I guess I haven't seen it all until I visit the Ohio state fair sometime!
