Finally, the test results came back yesterday -- NO MORE INFECTION!!!! Thank You, Lord!!!!! The doctor says that my body is just taking its time healing. (Thank you all for your prayers!)
Well, today is banking and bill paying day (hip hip hurray!). Actually, I'm thankful for God's provision, I just hate writing out so many checks and watching my account balance dwindle so quickly.
Tomorrow, Ross and I are taking Riley to the Columbus Zoo. I'm really hoping that the weather will cooperate, but I'm planning to take several air conditioned breaks at the indoor displays. Riley loves the Aquarium (Yeah!) and the Reptile House (Yuck!), I figure I can get him into the penguin display for a little while, and then we'll have lunch at the Food Court (inside an air-conditioned building). In between each "air break", we'll check out the outdoor displays. I understand that the Zoo has recently opened an Asia display that is exceptional. I'm looking forward to seeing the tigers, etc., there.
